At Pillar Consultants, I work on site-civil and land development projects across Broward County, collaborating closely with engineers, surveyors, and municipal reviewers.
Prepare drainage, water, and sewer plans, including lift stations, utility profiles, and connections to existing infrastructure.
Develop and review FDOT access plans, fire-truck turning analyses, and permitting exhibits.
Respond to RAI comments and assist in revising construction plan sets for submittals to the Town of Davie, Cooper City, and Broward County.
Coordinate with contractors and surveyors to ensure that design intent is maintained through field verification.
Support the preparation of drainage calculations, site triangles, grading plans, and SFWMD permit documentation.
